“Software Engineering and Applied Sciences” was founded in 2024. The founder and the publisher of the journal is the University of Tashkent for Applied Sciences(UTAS). The journal has developed and approved cover and title pages with an indication of the institution, imprint of the issue, ISSN, eISSN, editorial board, editorial policy, publication ethics and website. The articles of the journal are registered in the ZENODO database, and each author's article is necessarily assigned a DOI - a digital identifier of the object, which is used to provide a citation, reference and output to electronic documents.
The journal is indexed by the followings such as Google Scholar, OpenAire, Cyberleninka, Zenodo and other international databases.

The editorial board of the journal includes leading Uzbek scientists and foreign scientists.

Aim & Scope
The aim of the journal is to publish the results of scientific research and articles by scientists in Computer Science and Software Engineering areas. Created as the leading periodical of IT and engineering research, the journal " Software Engineering and Applied Sciences " offers an interdisciplinary approach, strives to achieve broad international attractiveness, attract input and resolve issues from various modern informational technologies , as well as types of artificial intelligence of public interest.
The objectives of the journal:
• consolidation and development of Computer Science at the foreign and national level in the formation of Software Engineering and world outlooks of Information technologies in the scientific and publication sphere;
• promotion of advanced concepts and practices of effective management of scientific, innovative and educational activities of leading researchers both within the state and foreign countries;
• raising the professional level of scientists in the field of software engineering and related fields.
• enrich the experience of the IT organizations by fostering critical analysis of the assumptions and theories that underlie the IT programmes
• create an open scientific discussion in the scientific community and exchange experience among scientists.
• to make the results of research and scientific novelty of scientists available in the scientific environment;
• by creating open access through the Internet resources and portals of the university to expand the scientific border.

*The author(s) of the manuscript approved for publication in the journal are obliged to pay for publication in accordance with the approved price list for publication in the scientific journals of " University of Tashkent for Applied Sciences.". According to the approved price list, payment for publication is 20000 soum per page. In exceptional cases, if there are other sources of funding for the journal series, authors may be fully or partially exempted from payment for the publication of the article.
